Portrait Mastery in Umbria: A Two-Week Classical Realism Intensive with Constance Ramsey Bowden & Karen Warshal
I'll be teaching a Portrait workshop in Italy this coming June together with Constance Ramsay Bowdon, a fabulous portrait sculptor. The workshop is hosted by the International Center for the Arts (ICArts), located in the beautiful Umbrian hill town of Monte Castello di Vibio.
This workshop offers a rare opportunity to study the portrait in both two and three dimensions, a traditional and highly effective approach to understanding the human form. 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., ongoing- every Saturday
Cost is $15 per person. You're free to paint, draw, anything you want. Right now we're working with clothed models. The poses are extended over several weeks. Email me at kwarshal@mica.edu for more information.
